What is Green Tea?
This is a good question. Thank you for asking me.
I don’t believe that there is somebody on the earth that haven’t heard about it. It is so popular nowadays that I can see it almost on every health website I have visited.

This plant is called Camellia sinensis and the extract comes from the upper part of it. It is most popular in China, Japan and Taiwan, but I am sure that millions of people all over the World are drinking green tea at the moment.
What we should know is that Green tea has undergone minimal oxidation during processing. That makes it “true” tea or with other words less oxidized than the black tea which is more popular than the green tea in the West.
