Medical researches of Netherlands National Institute of Public Health have proved that drinking several cups of black tea a day reduces the risk of stroke and heart attack. It minimizes the production of LDL cholesterol that leads to and high blood pressure and hart attack.

You should drink at least 3-4 cups of black tea daily to feel the benefits. Flavonoids can be also taken from fruits and vegetables. The best proportion is about 70% from black tea and 30% from other sources.
