Chinese Slimming Tea
You may not know that there are two types of slimming teas: herbal slimming teas containing laxatives or diuretics, such as senna, and herbal slimming teas containing herbs that suppress appetite, such as ma huang (also know as ephedra) and hoodia.
Chinese slimming teas are made of originally grown Chinese herbs. Actually, most of them aren’t even made in China but produced by companies all over the world, which are still using originally grown Chinese herbs. Because of that, you can’t really know if the herbal slimming tea do contains original Chinese herbs.
What you should know is that there are always some bad imitations of Chinese slimming teas, which can cause you lots of troubles (such as unknown side effects). I didn’t mean to scare you, but you should really be careful when buying any type of Chinese slimming tea.

I have read several articles about slimming teas most of which are warning people about using them for dieting purposes. Ephedrine can cause death and intake must be monitored. There are several cases documented where people have DIED as a result of taking tea with ephedrine in it. One woman died after using it for 11 days. If you don’t believe me, ask your doctor and do a search on the web.
